PET POLICY

Must Keep on a leash (You are responsible for your pets/ the safety of them & others)

Animals are not allowed to be left unattended in RV/Trailer, On any furniture, couches or beds.

EACH UNIT HAS STRICT SPECIFICATIONS REGARDING PET ALLOWANCE.

JAYCO- Dogs allowed

Grey Wolf- NO PETS >TRAILER IS ALLERGENIC FRIENDLY For those with allergies ( NO animals Of any kind. No dogs, Cats, birds, bunnies or reptiles etc.)

Ameri-Lite - Small dogs ONLY 15 lbs and under (No cats)

CLEANING POLICY

Trailer unit(s) are provided to renter party in clean condition. We ask they be returned in the same condition at the end of rental reservation. Please help other families enjoy the units as well. Below are specified cleaning supplies left in the trailer for specified areas. THANK YOU

-Counters, appliances, table & handles of use- Wiped w/Wipes (no chemicals on walls, cabinets, couch and cushions)

-Wipes and spray provided for bathroom shower, toilet, sink & sink counter.

-Seat/couch leather material should not be cleaned with wipes or chemicals.

SS Rv rentals will clean these areas. Should you spill something please use a slightly damp cloth with water/ little soap if needed and dry immediately after.

WE UNDERSTAND ACCIDENTS HAPPEN! However, we do not know unless informed. Please notify SS RV of throw up, stains or other accidents.

NO SMOKING POLICY

Including but not limited to; Cigars, pipes, drugs, etc. in the unit forfeits your entire security deposit! If you lose your security deposit due to damage to the unit(s).

NO DRUGS: Any evidence of the storage, transportation, or use of illegal substances will forfeit your entire security deposit. RVs returned with any evidence of drug use or transportation will result in law enforcement being called for a report and to collect the evidence. If you lose your security deposit due to damage to the unit, you will be charged an additional fees for remediation with deep cleaning.

RENT WITH CARE Do's & Don'ts

We ask you to handle all doors, handles, fixtures and cabinets slowly with fragile care. Units are manufactured ultra light. Thank you so much!

FURNITURE:

No jumping /bouncing on furniture or beds (We ask that you respect the interior as beds/couches & dining area is for sitting and sleeping only)

TOILET:

Do not flush anything besides RV grade toilet paper. NO FLUSH-ABLE WIPES, Baby wipes, FEMININE PRODUCTS OR PAPER TOWELS. Should you choose to over use products resulting in clogs, missing toilet guts you will be charged for addition parts & labor to repair or replace.

ODORS & COOKING:

We do not allow anything that can create a strong smell in the RV/Trailer that is difficult to remove (such as raw fish storage or cooking with heavy spices such as curry or fish. Please refrain from cooking such described.

MECHANICAL BREAKDOWNS

Recreational Vehicles, just like any other mechanical equipment, can have problems. While extremely rare for a mechanical breakdown to strand a customer anywhere, it doesn’t matter if a unit is brand new or an older model, they can have mechanical problems at any time with little or no forewarning. Anyone who tries to tell you otherwise is not informing you truthfully. What we can assure you is that we don’t cut corners when it comes to maintenance. Preventive maintenance plays a major role in not having problems on the road. Repairs on the road are significantly more costly for us and preventive maintenance greatly reduces that potential cost. Put another way, one repair outside of our own shop or repair contractor would likely cost more than we are making for that rental, so should an incident happen please notify SS RV Rentals and PLEASE refrain from trying to repair an issue without consulting/notifying with SS RV Rentals (928)916-9988. AMENITIES

Any utensils, pots/pans/mixing bowls/ cutting boards/measuring cups/spoons/ Keurig etc. that are Used MUST be cleaned, dried & returned with the trailer. (Full inventory for all items has been accounted for, if broken or not accounted for you will be responsible through security deposit held by SS Adventures dba SS RV Rentals)

COMPLEMENTARY ITEMS for use during your stay:

Large Camping outdoor rugs, Vacuum, broom, camping light. Must be returned with trailer (Upon reservation end date, if items are not accounted for you will be responsible through security deposit held by SS RV Rentals)
Under kitchen/bathroom sinks- provided for convenience & comfort are Trash bags/Cleaning agents/Sponges
Under bathroom sink- Soaps/Lotion/ear swabs/Hair ties etc.

(These items are for complementary use, no need to replace unless you would like to. You will not be charged for using these items.

Amenities and Complementary items are as such. No refunds are given if one malfunctions or does not work.

AWNING POLICY

We do not allow usage of the exterior awnings. This is for your protection! Replacement starts at $1200 & up to $5000 for the automatic ones. Awnings can be damaged very easily due to weather or accidental misuse. Damage to awnings, are 100% your responsibility.

SHOULD YOU USE or OPERATE THE AWNING, ARE 100% Responsible for all, but not limited to damage, weather, accidents, and misuse.

DRY CAMPING INFO & RENTERS CAMPSITES

When a renter is dry camping (not connected to an external power source) and MUST rely solely on the battery and or generator for power source, problems may arise due to the batteries going low. This may cause the appliances and amenities to malfunction or not to work at all. SS Adventures LLC, dba SS RV Rentals is not responsible for, nor will give any reimbursements for dry camping.

Generators will handle most loads (Not guaranteed to handle all loads). Be advised that when running A/C's, it is not advised to run other not mounted appliances i.e. hair dryers, curling irons or chargers for phones & computers. But not limited to; Microwave, coffeemaker, toaster.

RENTER(S) PRIVATE BOOKED CAMPSITE: With or Without Electrical, Water & Sewer hook-ups.

When renter(s) have privately organized their campsite. SS Adventures dba SS RV Rentals holds no responsibility for, but not limited to camp spot cost, damages, location, weather, campsite electrical hookups, dump drain system and water quality/availability and pressure. No accommodations, refunds or re booking reservations will be given by SS Adventures dba SS RV Rentals.
