The full amount will be returned in the event the rental unit is retuned in same condition as when received (No Damages). If damage is found, an estimate will be provided for repairs and deducted from deposit and or may exceed the deposit, all damages caused by renter must be resolved by renters. In most cases the security deposit is processed and returned within 5-10 business days prior to pickup of the rental. Security deposits can be held up to 21 days after.
