How Long-Term Rentals Work

  1. Tell us about your project. Call, text or email us with your site location, start date, how long you need the RV, and how many people will stay.

  2. We confirm the details. We'll talk through your site, available units and the terms for your stay, and give you a quote for your length of stay.

  3. We deliver and set it up. We bring the trailer to your site and set it up for you. You don't tow or hitch anything.

  4. Your crew moves in. Questions during your stay? Call or text 928-916-9988 and a real person answers.

Every site is different. We'll confirm access, hookups and site rules with you before delivery.

Who We Rent To

Construction crews and contractors. Housing for crew members, employees, office staff and security staff at or near the job, so nobody is driving hours each way.

Remodel and renovation projects. Housing for crews on commercial and residential remodels.

Freeway and highway projects. Crew housing near road and interchange work.

Airport projects. Crew housing for airfield, terminal and facility work.

Railroad contracts. Crew housing near rail work in Arizona, where the site and access rules allow it.

Government and agency projects. Housing for crews on public-sector work, where the site allows it.

Utility, solar and mining crews. Remote sites, long assignments, one place to come back to.

Temporary job-site offices. A trailer can also serve as a temporary office for your project.

Security staff. On-site housing for security personnel and site watch crews.

Commercials, TV shows and movies. Housing for film and production crews on location.

Contract and traveling workers. Travel nurses, inspectors, engineers and other contract staff who need a place to stay for the length of an assignment.

Also: disaster response and recovery teams and seasonal workforce. Ask us.

RV Housing for Arizona Construction Crews

Arizona has a lot of work underway: highways, commercial buildings, solar fields, data centers and more. Housing is tight in many parts of the state, and hotels add up on long jobs. An RV on or near the site puts your crew close to the work. We can also set up a trailer as a temporary office, and generators and pumping service are available for remote locations.

What to tell us:

  • Site address or nearest town, and whether it is a developed lot, a yard or open ground

  • Start date and expected length (and whether it might extend)

  • Number of crew members and how many beds you need

  • Power, water and sewer available at the site, if any

  • Gate, access or badge rules for delivery

Check local rules: counties and cities often have zoning and temporary-use rules for RVs on job sites. Confirm with your county or city, and with the landowner, before delivery.

RV Housing for Airport Projects

Airport construction runs for months and sometimes years, and crews often work long, shifted hours. If your project is near a commercial or general aviation airport in Arizona, an RV can give your crew temporary living quarters close to the work, on the facility where access allows.

What to tell us:

  • Which airport and where the RV would be parked (staging area, off-site lot, or a nearby property)

  • Whether the parking spot is outside the secured airport area

  • Start date, length and crew size

  • Shift schedule, if it affects delivery timing

  • Any badge, escort or gate rules for our delivery

Airport property has its own access and security rules. We'll work with you and the airport or your general contractor on where a trailer can be placed.

RV Housing for Government and Agency Projects

Crews working on public-sector projects often work in remote places. If your agency, prime contractor or subcontractor needs temporary crew housing, tell us about the site and we'll see how we can help.

What to tell us:

  • Which agency owns or manages the land (city, county, state, federal or tribal)

  • Whether the RV would sit inside a fenced work area, a staging yard or off-site

  • Start date, length and crew size

  • Who we'd coordinate with for access and delivery

Check local rules: public land has stay limits. For example, the BLM generally limits camping on public land to 14 days in any 28-day period, so a long-term unit needs an approved site. Ask the land manager, and tell us the site's rules.

RV Housing for Railroad Contractors

Rail work is spread across long corridors and remote stretches, and crews move from one location to the next. If your railroad contract needs temporary living quarters for crews in Arizona, including on railroad facilities where access allows, call or text us with where the work is.

What to tell us:

  • Nearest town or milepost area, and who controls the land at that spot

  • Whether the trailer would sit in a yard, staging area or off-site lot

  • Start date, expected length and whether the crew will move along the line

  • Crew size and beds needed

  • Railroad or contractor access and safety requirements for delivery

Railroad property and rights-of-way have strict rules. We'll confirm with you where a trailer can be placed before we deliver.

Solar, Utility, Mining and Contract Crews

Large solar, utility and mining jobs bring crews to places with few places to stay. Travel nurses, inspectors and other contract workers also need a comfortable place for the length of an assignment. A delivered RV gives each of them a private place with a bed, kitchen and bath.

Tell us your location, dates and how many people. We'll let you know what we can do.

What to Have Ready for Your Quote

  • Site address (or nearest town and a map pin)

  • Type of site: yard, staging area, RV park, private land, public land

  • Start date and expected length of stay

  • Number of people and beds needed

  • Hookups at the site: power, water, sewer or dump access

  • Gate, badge or access rules and a contact for delivery day

  • Landowner or property manager permission for an RV on the site

  • Any county, city or agency permit your site needs

  • Company name and billing contact

Don't have everything yet? Call or text anyway and we'll help sort it out.

How long can I rent an RV from you?

Long-term stays are available. Contact us for more information: call or text 928-916-9988 with your dates.

What does a long-term rental cost?

It depends on the unit, your site and how long you need it. Call or text for a long-term quote.

Do you deliver to job sites?

Yes. We deliver to job sites for remodel, freeway, airport, railroad, film and commercial production and other projects, and set the trailer up for you. Tell us the address and any access rules, and we'll confirm we can reach it.
